Soapbox are delighted to be attending the 2017 Infection Prevention Society’s conference in Manchester from the 18th-20th September.

The conference has been developed in furtherance of the IPS Mission Statement “No patient is harmed by a preventable infection” and, for the first time, will incorporate international engagement sessions. This provides us with an excellent opportunity to interact with international experts in the fields of IPC, quality improvement and patient safety.

The conference will be attended by Soapbox’s Scientific Project Officer, Emma Morrison, who will present a poster on our participatory training package for low-literate domestic services staff in low-income countries which was piloted in The Gambia last year.
